The fact is, you are already complete—just as you are. The complications of life can often obscure this truth. I believe having a therapist who can see this wholeness helps with the healing journey. But the most important thing is finding someone who truly aligns with your needs—whether it’s me or another therapist. I'm ready to support you in that process.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. My relationship-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach incorporates modalities such as DBT, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT). Additionally, I bring in the option of experiential techniques including EMDR, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). As a certified life coach with years of experience in entrepreneurship (restaurants, farming, life coaching and other). I can also help you set and achieve practical career and financial goals, to craft the life you want, inside and out.
With over 20 years of experience in expanded states of consciousness and spiritual growth, I offer a unique approach to therapy. My belief is that true mental and emotional health comes from recognizing your connection to a greater “you” and the beauty that you are a part of.
