Hello

I'm Chris Curlett
My approach is simple: Create a safe and open space for you to bring your struggles, pain and hurt.  I want to help you foster hope and gain tools to overcome this pain.

I am a professional actor, dancer and teacher of the arts.

I integrate empathy from this background into my therapy approach.  My hope is to bring a source of creativity and peace to the lives that enter into the therapy space.

  •  Multidiscipline Approach:  I have diverse experience supporting individuals with behavioral health issues, depression, ADHD and neurodivergence.  I provide strength based tool building through family therapy, relational therapy and individual therapy.

  • EMDR Trained: I use the core belief model of EMDR to help my clients work through trauma, negative core beliefs and overall growth in their life.  This is an attachment based approach to EMDR to help work through the injuries we have suffered in our relationships.

  • LGBTQIA:  Strong ally and advocate.

  • Professional Actor and Dancer

  • Non Profit Development
