Transformative Breathwork

A guided breathwork journey designed to help you unlock deep emotion stored in both the mind and the body, release unconscious trauma, and reconnect with a deeper level of yourself, leading to a freer and more fulfilling life experience.

About the Workshop

In this experiential workshop, you’ll be guided through a powerful breathing practice, combined with evocative music and focused bodywork inspired by holotropic breathwork. Lying comfortably on a mat with eyes closed, you’ll use intentional, accelerated, connected breathing to access expanded states of awareness, where old stories, stuck feelings, and new insights can naturally surface and move.

We’ll create a held, trauma‑aware space with clear guidelines, grounding practices, and integration through group sharing, mandala creation and a shared meal. You will  leave our day together with a renewed sense of connectedness, regulation, clarity and awakening.

This workshop is ideal for people seeking a non‑ordinary, non‑substance‑based way to do deep inner work—whether you’re processing stress, grief, life transitions, unresolved trauma or simply curious about your own inner landscape. No prior experience with breathwork is necessary; you’ll receive preparation, guidance, and support throughout the entire process.
