Hello
I'm Samantha Olson.
Empowerment is crucial in the healing process. As your therapist, I want to empower you to become the person you want to be, to recover and move forward from the injuries you still carry.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe in the importance of making therapy a collaborative process. Collaboration will help you feel empowered to make and embrace the best choices for your life.
My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, open, and nonjudgmental so that we can explore your needs and hopes for the future. Together we can facilitate a therapeutic environment that will promote the interpersonal and intrapersonal changes that you are searching for in your life!
I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders/disordered eating, and those who are seeking healing from trauma. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and feel a particular connection to those in the BIPOC community as a biracial therapist.
I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, goals, and life experiences. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, I work collaboratively with clients to support meaningful growth, healing, and lasting change.
