Experience Relief from Trauma with EMDR
About EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from the impact of traumatic, distressing, or overwhelming life experiences. Rather than simply talking about the past, EMDR helps the brain process experiences that may feel "stuck," reducing their emotional intensity and influence on the present.

EMDR can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, negative self-beliefs, and other experiences that continue to affect daily life. Through this process, clients often develop greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of well-being.

EMDR Specific Therapy
Our EMDR Specific Therapy is ideal for individuals who want to continue working with their current therapist. This allows you to receive specialized EMDR therapy while maintaining your ongoing therapeutic relationship. Think of EMDR Specific Therapy as a complementary treatment to add to your traditional therapy.
Additionally, if you're specifically looking for EMDR to address the symptoms of trauma, EMDR Specific Therapy provides a focused and effective approach.

Our EMDR trained and EMDR Certified therapists are ready to meet you where you are- whether you are a seasoned therapy client or brand new to therapy of any kind!
