Together we can facilitate a therapeutic environment that will promote the interpersonal and intrapersonal changes that you are searching for in your life!

I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders/disordered eating, and those who are seeking healing from trauma.

Empowerment is crucial in the healing process. As your therapist, I want to empower you to become the person you want to be, to recover and move forward from the injuries you still carry.
